Vacation Bible School is around the corner!!!!

Spring has sprung, and planning is underway for Vacation Bible School 2010.  This year we will be going "S.C.U.B.A." diving.  SCUBA stands for "Super Cool Underwater Bible Adventure, and we will transform Trentville into a Under Sea adventure area.  VBS will be held on Tuesday, June 1st through Saturday, June 5th, with commencement on Sunday, June 6th.  The times will be from 6:30 to 9:00 each night, with classes for ages infants and preschool through Middle School.  Gina Underwood is the VBS Director this year, and she will be assisted by Kacy Henderson.

Here are just a few of the offerings of our Children's programs:

bulletSunday School classes for every age
bulletA special Children's church during a portion of the main Worship Service for children from nursery thru Grade 3. The children are given an opportunity to gain exposure to the Gospel on their level. 
bulletSunday Night Bible study (7:00 PM) for grades 2 - 5 led by rotating group of leaders
bulletWacky Wednesday's - A program led by Ann Smith and a rotating group of leaders that "grabs" the attention of all of our children 4th grade and under. Laura Gibson leads a group for grades 5 - 8.

In addition to all of these programs, we encourage the involvement of the children in our worship through song, dance, skits, and other forms of expression.
